Fifer Associates provides advice and support to CEOs of companies large and small, helping them achieve their objectives and take their companies to the next level. Our services mirror the CEO’s job: Whatever the CEO worries about, we worry about, and we have the expertise to assist, or can find it, across the range of the CEO’s concerns.
We supply advice of the sophistication and quality expected by all clients, but provide only those services that are critical and timely for the individual client’s situation. Faced with the choice (as consulting firms often are) to design a large, costly process or one that gets the client results more directly at less cost, we choose the latter route every time.
